"The August doldrums have started (slightly) early this year; because key  
people won't be able to attend the W3C meeting for 28 July 2021, we'll be  
deferring for a week until 4 Aug.

The agenda topic will be Memberships and Booking. Because this will be the  
first call devoted to this very large topic, we anticipate that the 4 Aug  
meeting will be 90 minutes in length.
