W3C call & OpenActive Booking API 0.4

Hi all,

Looking forward to seeing you on the call shortly: as well as Dan
Winchester demoing his reports, and a chat about age range, gender
restriction and amenities, we'll hopefully have a chance to update on the
booking work.
