Draft Version 1.1 of the Opportunity Data Model - Amenity Use

Hi,

I've just published the first draft of 1.1 of the opportunity data model

new Editors Draft can be found at:

The major addition to this version of the specification is support for
describing opportunities to use amenities (facilities and equipment).

If you are looking to publish or use data about opportunities to book table
tennis tables, squash courts, pitches and other facilities then this is
relevant to you.

The key additions are:

* Section 4.9

which describes "Amenity Use" and the approach we are taking
* Section 5.10

which list the key properties and provides some example uses.

Please can you review these additions and either reply to their email with
comments, or add them to this github issue

There are a few additional amendments to be made (see the issue linked
above), but I wanted to prompt you all for feedback before making further
changes.
