New opportunity data proposal: Routes

Hi,

In the engagement work around OpenActive several publishers and data users
have mentioned data on cycling, walking and running routes.

Our data model doesn't currently support this type of opportunity. So,
based on requirements we've gathered so far, I've put together a new
proposal for how we might accommodate these. More details here:
