Version 1.1 of the Modelling Opportunity specification published

Hi,

Thank you to everyone who has contributed to discussions around the
modelling specification over the last few months. I'm pleased to say that
we've published the 1.1 version of the specification which includes:

* support for facilities
* revisions to ageRange
* revisions to genderRestriction
* support for describing amenities
