Proposal: URI templates for scheduled Events

Hi,

At least one publisher (bookwhen) is using the eventSchedule property to
provide descriptions of scheduled events.

These are essential calendar entries for regularly occuring events and are
a compact way of sharing information on events that don't vary much between
instances.

Currently there's no way to provide a user with a link to an individual
event in a series. We also don't have an identifier for those events which
is necessary in order for them to be bookable.

I've created a draft proposal for adding into URL template support to allow
links and identifiers to be generated. You can comment on it here:
