Experimental validation tools for developers

Hi,

I've started working on some tools for developers to help them validate
their opportunity data against the latest editors draft of the
specification.

I've published a draft JSON Schema for validating Events, Places, etc in
this github repository. There's still work to be done, but it already
covers the majority of the current specification.

The documentation includes some pointers about using the schema with online
validators. We've also got an experimental interface here:

https://oa-validator-experimental.herokuapp.com/

This is at a very early stage, so prone to breakage. But wanted to share
early for feedback and to help anyone starting to implement the
specification.
