Monday 13th March Meeting @ 11am

Hi,

I've scheduled our next meeting for Monday 13th March. I've had to move it
to a Monday next month to fit around other events.

I'd like to focus the discussion at this meeting on the descriptive
attributes of Events. This is so we can complete section 4.3.2 of the
current draft specification.
