New Editors Draft, 24th Feb.

Hi,

I've just released a new draft of the Modelling Opportunity Data
specification. The 24th February draft includes a number of revisions:

* schema diagram
* redrafted and expanded concepts section, including addition of Organisers
and "Activity Opportunities"
* expanded data model section
* discussion of potential future extensions
* links to additional github issues marking areas of further work/discussion

This should hopefully incorporate all of the feedback I've had to date,
including our discussion on Weds.

I plan to do another revision next week which will expand the Examples
section, but in the spirit of releasing early and often I wanted to share
this version with you.

Please take a look and provide feedback here or on github.

Areas which would particularly benefit from comments are marked out with
issues. Follow the issue link for background/discussion.
