[Ontolex] draft of the lexicography module report

Dear all,

Julia and myself have started a draft of the lexicography module report in
Github: https://github.com/jogracia/ontolex-lexicog where we are generating
some new content as well as moving things from the Ontolex wiki page (
https://www.w3.org/community/ontolex/wiki/Lexicography).

The web page can be seen at https://jogracia.github.io/ontolex-lexicog/
This is still a preliminary draft, not ready for review yet, but we will
appreciate any early feedback on section 1 ("introduction"). We also plan
to discuss some structural and organisational aspects of the report in our
next telco.
