AGENDA:
- Accept the updates of the state of the world and evaluation request of the 3 examples of permisisons (https://github.com/w3c/odrl/pulls)
- Accept the small corrections in the textual definition of an active permission and of a permitted action https://w3c.github.io/odrl/formal-semantics/#sectionPermissions, which is independent of the scenario in which it will be used (monitoring or access control).
- Discuss the format of the Evaluation Report
