V2.1 Process Update - Last Call

Dear all, we are now ready to go into the “Final Call for Comments” period.

All documents are now “Final Draft Specifications” and dated “18 Jan 2015”

The “Last Call” period is 4 weeks.

We plan to make the announcement today (19 Jan Nov).
