ODRLapi v1.0

Dear all,

It is my pleasure to announce the publication of ODRLapi, a Java API to 
read, parse and write ODRL2.0 expressions in RDF.

The code is profusely documented, andit  includes code to easily produce 
the examples in the specification.
It is openly licensed, and publicly accessible in the following URL.

It will be presented and hacked during the next week, in the hackathon 
MLODE 2014 organized within the Semantics conference in Leipzig (Germany).
