Everything in the Ontology is Either "Testing" or "Deprecated"

It looks to me as though the status of every term in the ODRL Ontology is either set to "Testing":

Or "Deprecated":

http://www.w3.org/ns/odrl/2/#term-export

Is it likely that we'll ever upgrade any of the terms from "Testing"? :)
