RE: ODRL Media Type?

Ø  What use cases would we use it for?

If anyone wants to link to an ODRL document (e.g. from within a NewsML-G2 document) and indicate the content type, then it is ideal to have a registered IANA content type. So, it is unlikely that it would ever be used within an ODRL document. Instead, it is to help adoption by others who want to make use of ODRL.
