ODRL Version 2.0 - Final!

Dear team, I am pleased to announce the Last Call period [1] has elapsed and there were no comments/feedback from the public.

The current Draft Specs will be upgraded to Final Specs, as soon as we test out the new website process for enabling this feature.

Congratulations all !!!

On a historical note, the first Working Draft of the Model was published on 16 May 2005 [2]
