Dear NLI members, the time has come to decide the next steps for this CG. The group is rather inactive since January 2017 (https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-nli/ <https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-nli/>) and has no clear direction. Thus, I would like to discuss the options at this point? I am up for searching a new chair who can drive this CG forward.
