Web NFC Community Group created

The Web NFC Community Group [1] we mentioned here in an earlier post has 
been created.   This is to develop an NFC API that uses the Web security 
model, so appropriate for use from Web pages.  We hope that group 
attracts broad participation, including Browser vendors, and can develop 
a spec that eventually moves back into a W3C WG, preferably a larger one 
like the Web Apps WG.
