Re: Extensible Web Manifesto Projects

Seems clear we have a consensus among many members.  For formality sake I
will say: We will leave this open for a week, lack of response will be
taken as a vote in the affirmative.  It seems pretty uncontroversial though
so i see no reason not to get started on a list/text in parallel.  If you
have examples please send links/observations to the list with [principles]
included in the subject.  Yehuda, I think maybe you offered to help get it
started.  We can create a draft.md under the repo for now and move it over
and link it up as HTML once we're good.
