The only reason that I can see for us to get physically together would be to do some doc sprints (because we are incapable of finding time to do real work, otherwise). However, as was shown with the extensible web manifesto, it's possible to get stuff done as a community quickly on-line when there is actual interest. So again, now that the group is more than 5 people, what are the actual deliverables we want to work on and who is going to work on them? If we can't get actual champions driving deliverables then there is a high risk that this group will fail. -- Marcos Caceres
