Right now we do not have an Activity Proposal; we are at the
early stages of learning what W3C can do in this area. So
I would answer that it may very well relate to that work,
and we are gathering data such as your comment as we
think about how to move forward.

We are hearing support from some of our Members on this, but
I think we'll have a clear idea of interest by the time we get
to the Workshop in early 2008; position papers will be public.
