Thanks for today's interesting talk.

Here's a link to our IETF Transport-Info draft that I mentioned:
It is a new proposed HTTP header to convey metrics about the transport layer which may be used by a receiver for the purposes of aiding adaptation appraoches - be it media or offloading, etc. This is already happening using arbitrary headers so it would be good to standardise this practice so we can encourage compliance with an agreed set of approaches.
