[minutes] TPAC F2F & breakouts

The minutes of our face-to-face meeting during TPAC last week are

unconference day on Wednesday [1] had more or less direct intersections
with this group:
  * the Edge Computing on the Web breakout (organized by the IG chairs

The Chairs will follow up in the upcoming few days to highlight lessons
from these various discussions and propose how to organize follow up
work in this group.
