Hi All,   
Sorry for dropping of the radar for a while. Hope you all got some time off over the last few months.  

I've continued doing some work on the splash screen spec.  

To allow multiple splash screen files to be defined (for different resolutions) I've rewritten the spec towards using a <splash> element. This aligns with PhoneGap/Cordova's <splash> element.  

The spec is by no means done, but at least its progressing…
