Hi All, First draft of the charter is up: http://www.w3.org/community/native-web-apps/charter/ Chairs, please change, correct, link to, as you see fit. Members, please start providing feedback. In particular, please see the Process section and let me know if you agree. I've tried to modernize the process a bit from what is traditionally used at the w3c (make it more of a open source/product development process): gives a little more accountability and responsibility to members of the group - also breaks up the division of labor to try to get more people to participate.
