Ages ago I have co-authored the following paper:

Multidatabase System for Data Warehousing. IEEE Trans. on Knowl. and

In there a language and examples of using rules to provide a common 
schema for integrating data from databases with heterogeneous schemata 
can be found.

Unfortunately not in N3.
