audio, video, localstorage WCTMB2 test integration

localStorage integrated fine.
audio test works, though i am not sure how to update the score, once
the 'ended' event is fired.
video test doesn't work in my ff3.5 browser. haven't had time to try
it others. code is almost identical to audio test.

Really busy this week in Berlin at a BONDI codefest. I don't think
I'll be able to join the telecon tomorrow.
