Mutation test concerns MCTMB

Noticed in a new browser QTWeb that the mutation test fails. The
browser gets 100/100 in Acid3!

I've also heard through the grapevine that mutation stuff is generally
turned off on mobiles since it's too heavy.

So I am starting to think 13. DOM 'mutation' events might not be a
good test for 'mobile Web compatibility'.
