OMA licensing agreement

   Dom: call scheduled between OMA and W3C legal reps to discuss how to
   get to an agreement that would cover our needs, since current
   proposed agreement doesn't.

WCSS to CSS MP2.0 Test suite

   Dom: I saw that they discussed it during their meeting last week,
   and they seem to plan to deal themselves with getting back to the
   OMA on this. At this stage, I suggest we put this item on hold until
   we hear back from them.

   Wilhelm: Ian's approach is to focus on bugs known in existing
   browsers
   ... my proposal is different: I don't go after specific bugs, but
   test for a selected few features that any browser should support
   ... what we need to figure out is to see what we want to include in
   this?

   Wilhelm: so far, I've only included 3 tests: data: scheme URI, CSS3
   selectors, CSS Media queries

   Dom: would like to see SVG included in there, but will try to send
   this part of my more formal input
   ... I like the way the tests are displayed

   Wilhelm: note that there is a tooltip on top of each box saying
   what's being tested
