test Harness
<carmelo> Allen its ok with it, but may make the Harness more complicated?
<carmelo> Allen - Not all browsear are capable of handling XML
<carmelo> Maybe use a common denominator to drive the tests.
<carmelo> Dimitri - Have an idea - sorry was unable to capture text ....
<carmelo> Allen - This should be easy to solve, maybe adding a DOM layer to it.

run the tests in conjunction to the
