We are highly Interestes to participe to that workshop but would like to know exactly what will be our participation and what did you call by participant paper. If you could give us more information about what we can do and get ready like papers or document. We have the great interest in that field because all of our activities is concentrated around information and communication Technologies. Just check on our blog you will find the project we have about the free mobile phone for 100 women in Congo and other activities done or what we are doing.
