I reviewed the recent USAID report on Market Information Systems. I have
started a poll, regarding valuable recommendations in the report. It would
be great to have your views as to what advice is considered helpful and
promising.

I have also been working within the South African education sector on
designing a mobile technology capable of addressing the challenges. At the
recent IFIP conference in Jamaica, I presented a design approach based on
Sen's Capability Approach and the Design Thinking method, championed by
Stanford dSchool. It would be great to get your view on the topic.
