Dear All, W3C and Web Foundation just published the report ([1]) summarizing the output of the workshop on mobile and Web technologies in social and economic development which took place 4-5 June 2011 in Dar es Salaam Tanzania. This is the 4th workshop in a series that started in December 2006.
