Dear,

in case there are some people from Senegal, Cap Verde, Mozambique, 
Angola, Ethiopia reading, CTIC fundacion, a spanish foundation, in 
coordination with the spanish development agency is offering a couple of 
grants for ICTD research and development. The call for idea is open till 
end of March.
