Hi all, The Web Foundation has published a report called "Operator-provided Enablers for Mobile Services", which describes how network operators can help businesses that design mobile services, through features meant to make the services easier to use. Examples include short codes, premium numbers and application stores. The document is meant for operators to decide what enablers they can market, and for service designers to find out how they can improve their offer. We welcome any feedback from the members of this group, or related discussions on this list. The document is at http://public.webfoundation.org/2010/08/mobile_enablers Max. -- Max Froumentin Program Manager World Wide Web Foundation http://webfoundation.org
