I can tell you what lists we are aware of: MobileActive-Discuss Mwomen mobile society mobiles for decelopment software-specific lists: RapidSMS, Open Data Kit liberation tech to name a few we are part of (or are running.) All welcome and encourage listings of grant, job, and challenge opportunities.
