True... Many such free hosting services have it as the basic plan... But
that may not necessarily fulfill requirements of scalability or reliability
for different types of applications offered.... So, to state that it is
always free may be sending out a wrong signal? I think we should make the
options explicit....

The Speech recognition technology and TTS are still not matured, as far as I
know and would require some concerted R&D effort.... I think this is
reflected in the related sections, but not highlighted as part of the R&D
efforts (in conclusions and exec summary sections)..

I meant the need for something on the lines of VoiceXML... XML encoding of
SMS in a standardized manner to interface with web platforms and
applications.....
