AppLab

Dear All,

I have been very impressed by the announcment on Monday of the launch of AppLab
in Uganda. By all means, the partnership between MTN Uganda, the Grameen
Foundation and Google is a significant development. I have had some time to
consider it and I have posted my views about it. What do you think?
