Hi Kai, I was initially hopeful as some of the press photos (ex: the 2323) seem to show the S60 operating system but the data sheets confirm otherwise. These devices seem to be primarily S40 so depending on the feature pack may well ship with Opera Mini (as several newer S40 devices seem to be); which is not a bad alternative. Worth noting however that the old Nokia 6600 is still one of the top devices currently being used to browse the mobile web despite its lower-end WAP 2.0 browser. I think these devices will be quite popular. They are fun looking (form factor, colour etc.) with a nice feature set for that price point. Can I assume none of these services use (browsable) Web technologies? Having something like http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_Browser_for_S60 on low cost phones would be a breakthrough for the mobile Web. No virus found in this incoming message.
