Dear All, Based on the questionnaire i sent a while ago, here are the results: The first six choices are 1 Monday, 12 UTC 2 Thursday, 12 UTC 3 Monday, 13 UTC 4 Tuesday, 12 UTC 5 Friday, 12 UTC 6 Wednesday, 12 UTC and only the first choice has no "No" so i propose we go for this one. Given the short time frame, and given also that some people in the US are most probably sleeping already, we cannot hold it today, so i propose we go for next Monday July 7 at 12:00pm UTC. To answer to some comments, W3C has been using a mixed set of tools to make the teleconference more effective. This includes the use of an IRC channel, which is loggued, and serve for the minute taker, elected at the beginning of each teleconference, to write the down the minute. So we already tested in the past a mix audience of people on the teleconferences, and people only on IRC channel who can ask question, or provide comments as the minutes are written. We will see with the first teleconference how it works. I will send detailed info on the teleconference, and on the IRC channel later this week. I will also send a draft agenda. Btw, there is always room for last-minute readers and commenters. So if i hear no objection by EOD today, i will consider this schedule adopted !
