Dear All,

I worked last few days on restructuring, cleaning and populating a bit 
the wiki.
the homepage is at http://www.w3.org/2008/MW4D/wiki/

out of the section containing the documents of MW4D, there are 7 
sections which are described on the home page.

I feel the need to have a dedicated section where we could keep track of 
reports/article/papers/stories/uses cases.
This section is at http://www.w3.org/2008/MW4D/wiki/Stories
I started populating it. I've lots of other references to add, but in 
the mean time, this section is also open to contributions

I also created a section about tools
http://www.w3.org/2008/MW4D/wiki/Tools
to list existing tools and guidelines that one can use today to deploy 
and deliver content and applicaiton on mobile phones.
For now, i know just 2 items, contributions welcome too

I created a section Organizations to keep track of relevant stakeholders
http://www.w3.org/2008/MW4D/wiki/Organization

then as i mentionned before, i believe that an essential resource is the 
current state of mobile infrstatucture and device available in the field.
There are 3 sections to colelct information an these topics:
http://www.w3.org/2008/MW4D/wiki/Infrastructure about mobile infrastructure
http://www.w3.org/2008/MW4D/wiki/Handset about handset information
http://www.w3.org/2008/MW4D/wiki/statistic information sorted by 
geographic regions
most of these sections are almost empty.
I'm welcoming ideas about how to seed contributions

finally, i also created a page about conferences.
I believe it is worth sharing the conference we ar aware of and related 
to the topic of the group. So again feel free to contribute

This is just a first shot, and i'm not planning to be the alone editor 
of this wiki. It should be a community effort.

Feel free to send your comments on the structure, if you believe that 
some sections are missing, or if we should structure it differently.
