Music licensing types for resale of MusicXML files?

Howdy,

I having trouble finding the name of the kind of license which would be required in order to sell MusicXML files (containing copyrighted content) from my webstore.  I’m uncertain whether digital print rights would typically cover it, or if I need something more, or something more likely to convey the digital nature of the product?

Thanks for any clarification or references you can provide.
