Open Research Invitation in Music Notation for Gaming Instruments

To the W3C Notation Group,
Dear sirs,

*Evaluation Request*

Although both my PCT examination requests were fully cleared as novel,
inventive and industrially applicable, I have not pursued the patenting
process on account of the scope being beyond oneself to bear.

As a group to advance music notation, W3C music notation group has the
resources to evaluate an evolving concept of a complete notewave for fluid,
transferable data, using musical gaming instruments.

It is hoped that the groups varied technical partnerships may conduct
fruitful experiments, such as that presented in the amateur video link in
the attached letter herein to pursue a possibility within its means and
purpose, as deemed relevant.

I rest my effort in your collective assessment of the attached letter.
