MusicXML

Hello, I am about to start the process of exporting a large catalogue of
4000 books from Finale to MusicXML.
We have many books with a collection of pieces. We assemble them directly
into Finale. The resulting xml file includes many pieces or movements.
Is there a way to split a multi-piece xml single file into single-pieces
xml files?
