Mixing music symbols with text in directions and credits

There is now a pull request for mixing musical symbols with text in directions and credits at:

This is more complex than most of the other additions for MusicXML 3.1. So it would be great if there could be some review of the pull request to make sure this looks good, or suggest places for improvements. Thanks!

We are trying to move rapidly through the issues with the goal of having a feature-complete version of MusicXML 3.1 ready to test by the end of the month.
