More MNX examples

Hi group,

I'm pretty strapped for time but I used my sleepless flight from Boston to
encode some more material into MNX, since it's clear that we need better
examples.

Here's the first 4 measures of Après un rêve (Fauré); I could have gone on
but this seemed like it covered a lot of good material: multiple parts,
beaming, cross-staff, spanning notations...

I know we need much more.

I also did some work on the Ligeti at Alex's request; I'm going to post
