Hi group, I'm pretty strapped for time but I used my sleepless flight from Boston to encode some more material into MNX, since it's clear that we need better examples. Here's the first 4 measures of Après un rêve (Fauré); I could have gone on but this seemed like it covered a lot of good material: multiple parts, beaming, cross-staff, spanning notations... https://w3c.github.io/mnx/examples/FaurReveSample.xml https://w3c.github.io/mnx/examples/FaurReveSample.pdf https://w3c.github.io/mnx/examples/FaurReveSample-MusicXML.xml I know we need much more. I also did some work on the Ligeti at Alex's request; I'm going to post that in a second email since I want to highlight some specific points. Best, . . . . . ...Joe Joe Berkovitz Founder Noteflight LLC 49R Day Street Somerville MA 02144 USA "Bring music to life" www.noteflight.com
