SMuFL does not presently contain numerals with circumflex to denote scale degrees: I think this would be a welcome addition, as very few text fonts seem to include them. The function theory supplement range is probably the most appropriate place for these, but they may perhaps be better suited in their own category, or one devoted to symbols for musical analysis in general.
