Dear All, There has been a lot of talk about document profiles recently, both in this mailing list, and during the Community Meeting in Frankfurt. At the meeting I was talking about our work at Tido in defining a tight MEI customization that could serve as an example, how profiles can be implemented using the TEI ODD language. This customization is now available in compiled format (as an HTML and RNG schema) at http://tido.github.io/mei-customization/ and as an open source repository at https://github.com/tido/mei-customization. Please note that it is still in development, thus does not completely reflect Tido's application profile, but I hope it will serve a good purpose for illustrating the use of customizations. We would welcome comments and discussions in this list, via GitHub Issues and/or in person during MEC2016 <http://music-encoding.org/community/conference/> this week in Montreal. All the best Zoltan Komives -- www.tido-music.com Tido (UK) Ltd, 2–6 Baches Street, London N1 6DN, United Kingdom.
