First SMuFL support pull request for MusicXML 3.1

Hello all,

A major focus for MusicXML 3.1 is to improve MusicXML's support for SMuFL, the Standard Music Font Layout. We are currently working on the first issue in this area, adding support for SMuFL's accidentals. You can find the issue in our tracker at
