No, Stockhausen never used a continuation arrow below the accidental. I've just checked the CLicht font that we used, and (apart from the standard accidentals) it only contains the above 15 characters. (I made CLicht during the early/mid 1990s to be similar to my own handwriting. Stockhausen wanted to keep the "house style".
